#1.) Stop eating by 7pm
If you can make it 6pm, even better. 7pm is a good stop time because most evening meals are consumed by this time and it gives you a good couple of hours to digest your meal before going to bed. #2.) Do some light stretching or yoga
Doing some simple evening yoga will help you dose off to bed easily and get a good nights rest. Getting good sleep helps you lose weight too, no joke.

#3.) Take an after dinner walk
This is great to burn off the days last calories. So, you’ll eat dnner, which will be your last meal of the day, then go walk. Easy. Walking also helps to tire you out and contribute to more restful sleep.
#4.) Go to bed early
This helps you get more rest AND prevents you from doing after-dinner snacking. Find it hard to go to sleep, even with walking and bedtime yoga? These melatonin snacks will help you drift off the sleep.
Also, wind down. This means turn off all electronic devices, yes I know it’s hard. You can read a relaxing book and drink chamomile tea until you doze off. This will make a difference and you’ll be able to feel it.
