- Grocery shop for your diet
- Prep your meals in advance
Tip #2.) Stay glued to a water bottle
If you do nothing else, drink water. Drinking half your weight in water will likely help you lose your first 5-10 pounds (yes it’s water weight but weight is weight). Keep a water bottle in your hand all day. It’ll become your little accessory like you cell phone probably already is. This will prevent you from having to get up and make a trip to the kitchen for water all day.
Tip #3.) Do yoga in bed
You know what they say, abs are made in the kitchen. So, while exercise I good for you and aids in weight loss, nutrition is what makes the biggest impact. With that said, exercise is still important. But, you are lazy and don’t wanna move from bed. So, workout in bed.

Tip #5.) Sleep
You will love this one. Try to get 8 hours of sleep every night, minimum. Go to bed earlier to get this in, if you need to. Folks don’t realize that sleep makes a huge impact on your weight loss efforts.
