Yes, this post is dedicated to talking about drinking smoothies for weight loss. Not just any smoothie, green smoothies. This diet works! I’m gonna share the diet, how it works, and my personal results. Let’s get started.
How Green Smoothies Work
Ok, so it’s a green smoothie. That means it’s loaded with good stuff, right?
Not all green smoothies are created the same. Please keep that in mind. A smoothie with 1/4 cup of greens, nut butter, oatmeal, chocolate, coconut, and honey is NOT the same as a smoothie with 2 handfuls of greens, 1/2 apple, 1/2 banana, 1/4 avocado, and unsweetened almond milk. That first one sounds good, right?
The green smoothies you will drink will be tasty, filling, and good for you. You get all the recipes and the plan in this book.

Green smoothies are delicious, nutritious, AND help you lose weight. Even when I’m not dieting I still drink these to get in my fruits and veggies and for an easy, delicious meal.
The prep is easy and fast, the smoothies actually taste good, and you will start to see and feel a difference quickly.
My suggestion: take a before photos so you have photo proof if it’s hard for you to see the difference in the mirror.
This diet works for everyone and whether you need to lose a little or a lot, you can still lose ten or more pounds in the first week!
How it works?
Without revealing too much about what’s in the book, you start incorporating green smoothies into your life. You will drink one or more daily and start seeing the pounds melt.
Full disclosure, I am horrible at dieting. My life is chaotic as a work from Home mom taking care of a special needs child and disabled vet hubby. I fall off the wagon with almost every diet including this one (let’s be real) but this one is the easiest to get back on and I actually eat this way when I’m not trying to actively lose weight.
I lost 5-6 pounds the first 3 days I did this diet and I’ve lost around 15 pounds since the beginning of the year by eliminating meat and reducing dairy.
Weight loss is a journey. This green smoothie diet comes with a weight loss community that is SUPER ACTIVE! People post their before and afters, successes and fails, tips, etc. daily.
